Sports and Camp Physicals at St. Luke’s
At St. Luke’s Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinics, we make it easy to complete sports and camp physicals for athletes and campers ages 10 and older. With convenient locations throughout the St. Louis area, including Arnold, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Ellisville, Eureka, Fenton, Ladue and O’Fallon, we’re here to support your family’s active lifestyle.

- Ages 10–18: $30
- Ages 19 and older: $60
- Self-pay option (cash, check, or credit card accepted; insurance will not be billed).
What to Bring
- A parent or guardian must accompany students under age 18.
- Required paperwork for sports or activities.
- Eye glasses or contacts, if applicable.
- A list of any medications your child takes.
Important Notes
- For complex medical histories, we recommend contacting your primary care provider, as we may not be able to clear all patients after the examination.
