Freedom from Smoking

Quitting isn’t easy—but it’s easier with the right help. This free 7-week American Lung Association course is facilitated by a trained registered nurse. The course gives you options, resources and support to quit for good!

• Knowing you are ready to quit
• Setting a quit date and making a plan
• Medications that can increase your success
• Lifestyle changes to help you quit Coping strategies for managing stress How to stay tobacco-free for good

By the end of the session, you will feel more confident about your shopping skills, plus you will be provided with wellness resources, samples and a $10 gift card to practice your new skills.
