Lauren Osias, PA-C, is a physician assistant at St. Luke’s specializing in neurosurgery. She collaborates closely with surgeons to support patient care throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.

Lauren earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Kentucky. Her clinical training includes rotations in general surgery, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and psychiatry, among others. She has also provided hands-on care internationally in Kenya and Guatemala.

Lauren is deeply committed to patient advocacy and education. She believes in building trust through empathy, empowering patients with knowledge, and delivering care that respects each person’s unique journey. Her passion for underserved communities and global health informs her thoughtful and compassionate approach to neurosurgical care.
