Maggie Marcrander, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is a board-certified gynecologist specializing in women’s wellness at EverWell by St. Luke’s, The Institute for Women’s Longevity. This practice focuses on women transitioning into perimenopause and menopause.

Dr. Marcrander provides evidence-based, personalized care for women navigating midlife health changes, including hormone-related symptoms, sexual health, sleep, weight changes and long-term wellness. She also supports women experiencing menopause after cancer treatment or surgery, developing individualized care plans to help them manage symptoms, treatment side effects and quality-of-life concerns.

Dr. Marcrander earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Mercy Hospital St. Louis. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
