About
Meera Rana, MD, is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist at St. Luke’s Center for Cancer Care, where she also serves as Medical Director of Oncology.
Dr. Rana earned her medical degree from the University of Medical and Health Sciences in St. Kitts and completed her internal medicine residency at Saint Louis University Hospital, where she served as chief resident. She then completed her hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Wake Forest School of Medicine.
Dr. Rana treats the full spectrum of cancer and blood diseases, with clinical interests in breast, lung and gastrointestinal cancers, as well as benign hematology. She takes an integrated, personalized approach to care, developing treatment plans tailored to each patient. Dr. Rana provides both inpatient and outpatient consultations and values collaborating with St. Luke’s multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive cancer care. Dr. Rana is currently accepting new patients at St. Luke's Cancer Center.
