Sherri McGauley, NP-C, CRNFA, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at St. Luke’s who specializes in spine surgery, with expertise in both operative and non-operative treatment of neck and back conditions.

In her role, she assists surgeons during complex spine procedures, supports pre-operative planning, and manages inpatient post-operative care. McGauley is experienced in instrumented spine cases and O-Arm–navigated surgeries, and she collaborates closely with orthopedic and spine specialists to coordinate treatments, therapies, and medications. Her background also includes assisting across multiple surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, urology, and plastic surgery.

She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
