St. Luke’s Is Here For You

A Message About Our Return to Care
Excellence in clinical quality, safety and patient experience are hallmarks of the healthcare at St. Luke's Hospital.

We appreciate your patience, support and loyalty as our healthcare team members have worked tirelessly at the forefront of response to the COVID-19 pandemic in our community. St. Luke's is beginning a phased approach to resuming full operations in a safe and responsible manner.

As a broader array of healthcare services resumes, we want to reassure you that all St. Luke's facilities are safe, welcoming and prepared as always to provide you with the very best patient-focused care.

Please review the following important information regarding your arrival at a St. Luke's facility:

Here's What You Can Expect
As responsible members of the healthcare community, we are proceeding cautiously and we ask that you continue to practice safe and healthy prevention methods inside of St. Luke's facilities.
  • For everyone's safety, all patients are asked to bring and wear a face mask at all times.
  • You will be greeted by a member of our team who will be taking your temperature and asking you health screening questions.
  • Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and remain six feet apart from other patients.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located at entry screening points, and you are requested to use these upon arrival and departure while also practicing hand hygiene best practices for the duration of your visit.
  • Please plan on attending your appointments/scheduled procedures as a single individual under most circumstances. For safety reasons, family members or other caregivers accompanying patients to an appointment will be asked to wait in their cars or outside the facility. Our healthcare team members will remain in contact with that individual.
  • St. Luke's is currently operating with a restricted visitor policy. Visitors are encouraged to consider alternate outside locations to wait, if available. Your physician office can provide you with additional information. Visit our Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information page for the current visitor policy.
  • You may receive additional specific information from St. Luke's staff during your scheduling phone call regarding what to expect in advance of your visit.
  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
As an important reminder, not seeking medical care or delaying important follow-up care can negatively impact your overall health. We understand that these are unprecedented times, but want to assure you that St. Luke's is able and prepared to provide you with safe, high quality care and in keeping with all local, state and federal requirements.
