2024 Annual Report
Fiscal year 2024 was a banner year for St. Luke’s as we celebrated the many national accolades we received for superior clinical quality and patient care as well as the many other successes we achieved in the first year of our ONE St. Luke’s strategic plan. The plan is guiding us to being an integrated, nationally recognized, award-winning health system through our focus on four pillars of success:
- A winning culture that is patient-centered, which helps us attract and retain the best talent and provide the best experience and outcomes for our patients throughout their care journey with us
- Clinical brilliance, which means providing exceptional quality and developing our nationally recognized Centers of Excellence
- Targeted growth to enhance market relevance and facilitate patient access
- Operational excellence so that we work seamlessly, effectively and efficiently across St. Luke’s to meet the needs of our patients
Our many accomplishments over the past year in these areas fueled our growth in operating revenue, patient volumes and innovation. Going forward, attention to our pillars of success will continue to strengthen and grow our more than 150-year independent healthcare ministry for many more generations.
